About this story: The Native American Health Center (NAHC) is a nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center proudly serving California’s Bay Area Native Population and other underserved communities. In 2020 when COVID hit, no one seemed to be ready…but NAHC quietly became one of the prominent leaders not only getting people tested, but also getting people vaccinated as well… So much so that the White House even took notice.
